Kelsee brings a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, with specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She has experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges including PTSD, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and borderline personality disorder. Kelsee uses a compassionate, person-centered approach to help clients cope with daily stressors, discover their inner strengths, and learn to manage life’s difficulties. Her clinical focus includes TF-CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy.
Education/Training/Certifications:
Kelsee holds a Master of Science in Counseling with a concentration in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Kelsee works with children ages 9 and up, as well as teens, adults, couples, and families.
She supports clients through a wide range of challenges including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, adjustment issues, parent-child dynamics, self-esteem concerns, and LGBTQIA+ support. Kelsee tailors her approach using a blend of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Structural and Strategic Family Therapy (SBFT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).

In her work, Kelsee’s goal is to help clients reclaim their voice and sense of control, encouraging growth and healing no matter their circumstances. She believes therapy should be a collaborative process, offering a flexible and supportive space where clients can choose the direction of their journey and move toward a healthier, more empowered version of themselves.
