Roseanne is a trauma-informed therapist specializing in facilitating self-exploration to help children, adolescents, and their parents learn to self-manage acute or chronic stress responses. She brings together a holistic blend of time-honored psychoanalytic therapy with evidence-based modern scientific concepts.

She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Education/Training/Certifications:

Roseanne is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University.

She is certified in the following:

  • Internal Family Systems Therapy - Basic Level 1 Certificate

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy - Complete Level 3 Certification

  • Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)

  • Trauma Sensitive HeartMath

Roseanne works with children ages 3 and up and their families.

She uses Heart Math biofeedback technology and techniques, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy techniques to help clients learn to self-regulate anxiety and depression symptoms and to resolve past trauma.

Goals & Vision for Therapy:

Roseanne's vision is to help people become self-aware so that they can consciously manage stress responses to decrease anxiety and depression. She hopes that clients can then become able to choose life experiences from a place of strength so that they can consciously create life to match their own unique values.

Born and raised here, Roseanne has a heart for the residents of north Louisiana. She understands the challenges and blessings of life here and is passionate about guiding clients from places of pain related to adverse childhood and difficult adult experiences to new places of peace and strength. Facilitating post-traumatic growth in clients continues to motivate and guide Roseanne’s work.
